(Room 20B, Building 2, No. 1358 West Yan’an Road, Changning District, Shanghai 200052, China), helps us provide our services in mainland China and processes your information on our behalf, only for that purpose.

When you submit our inquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the subject and content of your message, and any files you attach (for example product specifications or drawings). Please do not include sensitive personal information in your inquiry.

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used to keep the website secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools.

Inquiry form submissions stored on our website are deleted on the same schedule.
